All our products are 100% quality checked before being dispatched. Also, the products are packed very carefully so that it reaches you without any damage

Still, in the case of any unusual mishappening to the product during transit, if You feel any problem with the product, for any XYZ reason the product is received in unusable condition, You can ask for a replacement for the product and our team will help you out in the best ways possible.

Replacement Terms & Conditions :

A replacement will only be provided, in case you have received the product in an unusable condition.

Important Notice 1: Since All monitors and all phone screens have different color configurations (brightness/contrast settings), Replacement in case of difference in colors will not be provided. Even if you look at the same photograph on 2 different phone screens, colors will look slightly different. We hope you will understand the slight difference between different monitor/screen colors 🙂 

Important Notice 2: Please read the description carefully about the product material before you place the Order. The material of the product is clearly mentioned in the product descriptions of each product. Replacements will not be provided in case you ordered the wrong material.
